Shipping Policy

Orders submitted to our store follow the shipping arrangements displayed at checkout. We typically need approximately 1–2 business days to process an order, followed by an estimated 3–5 business days in delivery or transit. Processing and transport are distinct periods, and the estimates do not promise a delivery date.

The checkout page determines shipping fees and whether an order qualifies for free shipping. Service can be limited by the delivery area, carrier network, item dimensions, or applicable restrictions. The customer is responsible for providing a complete, correct mailing address together with a usable email address and phone number. Fulfillment progress may prevent later corrections.

We share available tracking information after shipment; updates depend on carrier scans. If transport is delayed, a parcel appears lost, delivery is recorded but the package is absent, or the shipment arrives damaged, ask us to review it. Send the order number, checkout email, tracking number, and relevant product-and-package photos. We use that information to look into the issue and explain the next steps.
